They didn't tease anyone. Almost all the students in this college are offered placement. Students can become a good doctor by pursuing MBBS at AIIMS medical college. This college management is too efficient. It's management techniques are appreciable. You should prefer this college for pursuing your medical course...

IIT and AIIMS are both held on an annual basis, and with limited seats, passing these exams becomes more difficult for students. Furthermore, the number of seats in medical colleges is much lower than in engineering colleges. Due to the lesser number of seats available in medical colleges and the high level of competition in AIIMS getting into a good medical college is challenging. As for difficulty level, AIIMS is slightly tougher than Joint Entrance Examination (JEE)-Mains but easier than Joint Entrance Examination JEE Advanced but that is subjective, as seats are comparatively limited in AIIMS making it more competitive. Least Difficult: JEE Mains. Difficult: AIIMS. Most Difficulty: JEE Advanced. I hope this will help you.

If you look at the stats, AIIMS is harder to get into since more number of students appear for NEET than for IIT JEE. However if you look at the difficulty of the exams, IIT is harder to get into as it has two phases, and the paper is a bit tougher than NEET.
