The INI CET 2026 result declaration for the January session exam for AIIMS Delhi admission to MD/MS/MDS/DM/MCh courses is tentatively scheduled for Nov 15, 2025.

AIIMS Delhi was established in 1952. It was granted the 'Autonomous' status in 1956 by an Act of Parliament.
AIIMS Delhi is the first AIIMS to be established in the country. The institute is recognised as an Institute of National Importance. Commonly asked questions On Fees and Eligibility
Yes, AIIMS Delhi is almost free for all the programmes including MBBS MD MS PG Diploma M.Ch. DM DNB etc. For MBBS the admission charges (non-refundable) are INR 25 at the time of admission and INR 35 per day for the first 10 days. Other than this, there is no annual fee at AIIMS Delhi. Students must make a one-time payment between INR 5,000 to INR 6,000 which is the fee for the complete MBBS course of 5.5 years.
AIIMS Delhi BSc is a UG level course, offered for the duration of 2 to 4 years with an annual intake of 87 students. AIIMS Delhi offers PB BSc and BSc courses such as Nursing, Operation Theatre Technology, Paramedical, Medical Technology in Radiography (MTR), and Nursing available at AIIMS Delhi. NEET UG Round 1 cutoff has been released for the AIIMS Delhi MBBS course. The Opening and Closing ranks depend on the category and quota of candidates. The mode of All India Institute of Medical Sciences AIIMS Delhi course admissions is online. Admission to various courses is based on the scores of entrance exams. For admission to its MBBS programme, All India Medical Institute Delhi accepts the NEET UG exam, while for admission to its PG programmes (MD, MS, MDS), the institute accepts the scores of INICET. All these hostel buildings have an overall capacity of about 2,717 seats and majority of this accommodation is for a single student/ residents/ married students or families.
Some of the key facilities offered by AIIMS Delhi campus are as follows:
- Library: AIIMS has a central library known as BB Dikshit Library.
- Sports Facilities: For recreational activities, students have the facility of a Gym, a swimming pool, indoor games and outdoor sports playgrounds within the campus.
The hostels also offer the facility of laundry room, courier shop, juice shop, tailor shop, snack bas and canteen to the students.
Yes, AIIMS Delhi has 21 hostel buildings located at the Ansari Nagar campus, Masjid Moth campus, Raj Nagar and Ayurvigyan Nagar. All these hostel buildings have an overall capacity of about 2,717 seats and majority of this accommodation is for a single student/ residents/ married students or families. The hostel facility of AIIMS Delhi, other than the residential building, provides a mess, a canteen, a juice shop and an Amul shop, etc., for the convenience of the students.
The college has single, double or triple occupancy rooms along with family rooms for married students. Most single rooms are furnished with a bed, a cupboard, a table and chair and a bookshelf. The married accommodation is also furnished accordingly. The hostel rooms also have a facility of attached washrooms but this facility is only accessible in married accommodation along with a few hostels. In general, shared washrooms and bathrooms are available for the students.

AIIMS Delhi offers a wide range of BSc, BSc (Hons) and PB BSc Nursing courses to students. The qualification required to pursue different BSc courses at AIIMS Delhi is as follows:
