As per the recent Paramedical cutoff 2025, Round 2 for General AI quota candidates for BSc specialisations closed off between the ranks 9 and 293. Specialisations of BSc such as Bachelor of Medical Radiology and Imagine Technology (MRIT) and Operation Theatre Technology received the highest level of competition with rank 9 and 39. NEET UG Round 1 cutoff has been released for the AIIMS Delhi MBBS course. The Opening and Closing ranks depend on the category and quota of candidates. Yes, AIIMS Delhi is almost free for all the programmes including MBBS MD MS PG Diploma M.Ch. DM DNB etc. For MBBS the admission charges (non-refundable) are INR 25 at the time of admission and INR 35 per day for the first 10 days. Other than this, there is no annual fee at AIIMS Delhi. Students must make a one-time payment between INR 5,000 to INR 6,000 which is the fee for the complete MBBS course of 5.5 years.
Yes, MSc is quite affordable at AIIMS Delhi. The total tuition fee for MSc is INR 1,400. Candidates need to pay a one-time fee of INR 25 at the time of admission. AIIMS is a government institute and has a very low fee compared to other Medical colleges of India. Considered as a dream college for every medical student, AIIMS Delhi has one of the biggest and most beautiful campuses in India. Spread over an area of 213.12 acres, AIIMS Delhi is located in Ansari Nagar, Delhi (adjacent to the South Extension-II market). The institute offer residential facility, however, students get this facility on a first-come first-serve basis. With well-maintained college buildings, laboratories, computer laboratories, library and more, AIIMS New Delhi set up an Innovation Facilitation Division in 2017 for accommodating AIIMS faculty and scientists as incubates.
AIIMS Delhi has 21 hostel buildings in total, located at the Ansari Nagar campus, Masjid Moth campus, Raj Nagar and Ayurvigyan Nagar. All these hostel buildings have an overall capacity of about 2,717 seats and majority of this accommodation is for a single student/ residents/ married students or families.

AIIMS Delhi INICET cutoff 2024 was concluded with the release of last round of seat allotment results. Among the General AI category candidates, the round 1 cutoff for different specialisations varied between 1 and 2904 for various MD/MS/MCh/DM specialisations. The most difficult specialisation among the General AI category was MDS in Orthodontics. On the other hand, the easiest specialisation was MD in Anatomy.
AIIMS Delhi EWS category cutoff 2024 was concluded for admission to the MBBS on the basis of NEET UG exam results. The last round cutoff was closed at 214. In 2023 and 2022, the closing ranks among the EWS AI category were 258 and 195, respectively. Therefore, looking at the cutoff ranks, it was evident that the cutoff has been fluctuating among the EWS category canidates since the past three years.
The total fees for the BSc programme typically falls between INR 36,620 to 38,200. The fees component includes tuition fees, security deposits, admission fees, etc. The first installment of the total fees has to be paid once seats are allotted during the counselling rounds.
AIIMS Delhi OBC category cutoff 2024 was concluded for admission to the MSc specialisations on the basis of AIIMS PG. Seat allocation for BSc programmes at AIIMS Delhi is done through AIIMS counselling conducted by the institute. To take part, students must have a valid score in the AIIMS entrance test . The institute also reserves seats for OBC, SC, ST, and EWS categories. If no suitable candidates are available from these reserved categories, the vacant seats are offered to candidates from the General category.
Yes, AIIMS does offer admission to NRI students. However, there is no seat reserved for them. Seats are available across every course offered at AIIMS Delhi and the requirement for admission across all courses is also similar to that of domestic students applying for the course.
- MBBS: There is no seat reserved for OCI and NRI candidates. Foreign candidates must have atleast 60% aggregate with PCB and English in Class 12 or equivalent.
- MSc: The eligibility criteria for the foreign candidates will be at par with the eligibility criteria for Indian candidates.
- MD/ MS/ MCh/ DM: A combined merit list of the sponsored/ foreign candidates is made. Seats are allotted purely on merit on the basis of performance in the entrance test

As the INI CET is one of the toughest exams, candidates should focus on concepts. At least two revisions are required before the exam date. After finishing the INI CET syllabus, candidates should appear in a mock test and solve previous question papers. No, the application fee for AIIMS paramedical courses is non-refundable. Candidates are thus advised to check the eligibility criteria before applying for these courses. At the basic registration level, candidates are not urged to make any application fee payment.
