HM Kurukshetra is considered a Tier 2 institute, not a Tier 1 institute:
- The search results indicate that KIIT Bhubaneswar is considered a Tier 1 institution, but there is no mention of IHM Kurukshetra being a Tier 1 institute.

The fee will be refunded after the deduction of material costs from the fee amount. Enrollment fee is not refundable in any case except when the university has discontinues a course after the enrollment of the students.
