I have almost completed my first year and the truth is if you wanna drag yourself through then its not that hard but if you wanna be good at it and not fail in medical subjects in tests and final exams, not even once, especially Biochem, anatomy, Medicine (including internal and allied) and surgery (and allied) then the course is not easy at all.
