Yes ofcourse you can become a tourist guide after doing BCA but you're gonna require some things like
1customer service skills.
2excellent verbal communication skills.
3patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
4to be flexible and open to change.
5sensitivity and understanding.
6an interest and knowledge of history.
7a good memory.
8knowledge of English language.

I'm not a hater of the college, I've had good experiences there.
First, there is no proper infrastructure for labs and sports. I wanted both.
Second, they make you pass lab exams with a S or an A with nil efforts. You learn nothing here.
Third, they follow a mark-oriented approach rather than going by the learning perspective.
Last, there are crazy rules here which will change students' way of thinking.
If you are an open minded or a practical person, do not go for it. The college wouldn't make sense.

IIT Indore is ranked 16 according NIRF rankings, IIT Mandi 20 and IIT Ropar 22, And extra curriculars at IIT Indore is much better than IIT Mandi and Ropar
so IIT Indore is definitely better than Ropar and Mandi.

Almost both are similar but IIT Mandi EE should be much better than DTU SE in terms of placements.
