Teaching at IILM isn't just one-way lectures, they mix it up to keep it practical and engaging. You'll see a lot of case study discussions, simulations, role plays, and live projects where you apply concepts instead of just memorizing them. Classes use group presentations, flipped classrooms, and industry-led workshops so you're always participating. For law and management, moot courts and business plan competitions are regular. They also bring in guest speakers from corporates and courts, plus use LMS tools for quizzes and assignments. It's designed to make you think, speak, and do, not just take notes.
