Students who want to participate in the GUJCET Counselling need to first appear for the GUJCET entrance exam, attain a valid rank, and then register for the counselling process. 

The documents required for counselling are as follows:

  • Class 10 and 12 Marksheet
  • GUJCET Scorecard
  • Transfer Certificate from School
  • Caste Certificate
  • PwD Certificate (if applicable)
  • Income Certificate
  • Candidate's Photograph 

The counselling process releases the seat allotment result in the form of opening and closing ranks for various categories, like General, OBC, ST, etc. under the Home State quota.

The application fee needs to be paid at the last step of the form. The fee is different for different streams, years and categories. This application fee is not generally refundable. Once students have paid the application fee they cannot ask for refund even if they don't want to move further with the application process.

The application fee for each streams and year varies every year at IZee Business School. The fee also depends on different categories. Application form is there on the college page. After filling all the details & uploading the required documents, the students need to pay the fee at the last step. Once the fee is paid, the application is successfully submitted.

The admissions for MBA programme is entrance based. Students can apply based on CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, MAT, ATMA and State CET tests where applicable, and as per AICTE guidelines. High competition level & limited number of seats can make it difficult to get a seat in MBA programme in IZee Business School.

Ganpat University BTech cutoff 2025 varied for different Home State quota categories. For the General HS quota, the overall cutoff varied between 7138 and 36989. According to the last round, the toughest branch for admission was B.Tech. in Biotechnology, with the cutoff being 7138. In contrast, the least sought-after branch in the final round was B.Tech. in Food Technology, with the cutoff being 50882

Yes, the GUJCET exam is required for Ganpat University admission. The GUJCET entrance examination is a state-level exam conducted to shortlist students for admission to BTech and BPharma programs, offered by various colleges in Gujarat, this university being one of them. 

The seat allotment is done based on the obtained ranks in the entrance exam. Hence, any student who wants admission to any one of the programs mentioned above need to attain a valid GUJCET rank to be considered eligible for admission.
