GUJCET Counselling 2026 Registration Process
To appear for GUJCET counselling 2026, students must register at the ACPC official website. The instructions to register are shared here:
- Fresh Registration: Go to the ACPC portal and click on "Fresh Candidate Registration". Enter basic details: name, mobile number, and email ID. Verify your account using the OTP sent to your mobile/email.
- Login and Profile Completion: Log in with your new User ID and password. Fill in personal details (gender, parents' names) and residential address.
- Academic & Competitive Exam Details: Enter Class 12 board details, including seat number and school index number. Provide your GUJCET 2026 application number and seat number.
- Document Upload: Upload scanned copies of required documents in PDF or JPG format. Ensure files are within the specified size limits.
- Live photo in JPG format from 10 to 500 KB.
- Scanned photo in JPG format from 10 to 200 KB.
- Signature in JPG format from 10 to 200 KB.
- Valid photo Id proof in PDF format from 10 to 200 KB.
- Registration Fee Payment: Pay the non-refundable fee of INR 350 online via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. The process is only complete once the payment is successful.
- Final Submission: Cross-verify all details, select the declaration checkbox, and click "Save Finally & Next". Download and print the confirmation page for future reference.

GUJCET Counselling 2026 Choice Filling and Locking
Candidates must complete the GUJCET 2026 choice-filling process online through the ACPC portal. After logging in, they can select their preferred colleges and branches, with the flexibility to add, remove, or reorder their selections until the deadline. Once satisfied, candidates should review and lock their choices; however, if changes are needed before the final cutoff, they can use the "Unlock choices" feature to edit their list.

GUJCET 2026 Seat Allotment
Candidates can check the GUJCET seat allotment result by logging in to the ACPC portal to know about the course and college allotted to them for admission. If a candidate wants to accept the seat, then he/she has to freeze the seat within the provided time. After freezing the seat, download the bank challan and make payment of the tuition fee. To pay the fee online using net banking/credit card/debit card. If a candidate wants to go for the subsequent round of counselling then he/she can apply for it at the same time.
Reporting to the Allotted Institute/College
After making an online fee payment, students can download the admission slip. Post which, they will have to report to the allotted college on the given date and time. Students must carry all documents - admission slip, payment receipt/challan, information letter, etc.
GUJCET Cutoff 2026
The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) publishes the GUJCET 2026 cutoff on its official website after the exam results are announced. These cutoffs, released for each counselling round, show the opening and closing ranks (All India Rank) required for admission to different colleges and courses.
Checking the 2025 and earlier cutoffs is highly recommended for applicants. These previous years' trends help candidates estimate their chances of getting into their preferred institutes based on their current rank. Generally, if a candidate's rank is equal to or better than the closing rank, they have a strong chance of securing a seat.
