To check the merit list for National Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, students can either go to the college's admission page, if they belong to the Home State quota.

For the All India quota, students have to go to the official AYUSH counselling site to access the merit list. Only students with their names in the merit list are qualified to appear for the counselling process for admission to the BHSM course.

The admissions to the university are both merit & entrance based on the courses. The admissions for BSc & BDes courses are merit base followed by interview. For BCA courses ACET exam score & interview is considered. High competition & limited number of seats can make it difficult for students to get into the university.
