No, Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune does not accept CLAT-UG scores for BBA LLB admissions. This institute conducts its own entrance exam called BVP CET for law whose scores determine admission for all applying candidates.
Thus, if a candidate has appeared in CLAT-UG, they still need to appear in BVP CET to apply for BBA LLB at Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune.

Unfortunately, yes, and this is one of the most serious problems in private medical education in India that students and parents must be aware of. While the official fee structure of private medical colleges is regulated and approved by state Fee Fixation Committees, there have been numerous reported cases of colleges demanding capitation fees or donations over and above the approved fees, especially for management and NRI quota seats.
Always insist on official receipts for every payment made to a medical college and never pay cash or make payments to unofficial accounts or agents.

As a private university, GLA University does not have mandatory state-mandated seat reservations (like SC, ST, or OBC) for admissions. Seats are generally filled through GLA Entrance Test (GLAET) scores or national-level exams like JEE Main or CAT. However, the university provides a 5% relaxation in minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST candidates across most programmes.
