The total fee is INR 3.2 lakh. Total fee includes various components. Some components are paid one-time and others are paid annually/semester wise. Components which are paid one time include Security Deposit, Initial Post Graduation Registration, Alumni Association Membership, etc. Fee components which are paid semester wise are Examination Fee, Semester Grade Report, etc. Annual tuition fee is INR 2.9 lakh.

The eligibility is Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with minimum aggregate of 50%. For Electronics & Communication Engineering department, eligibility is BTech (minimum 50% aggregate) in relevant course and GATE score. Seats are allocated in All India Quota, State Quota and NRI Quota. State Quota seats are allocated by ACPC. Seats under All India Quota are allotted by University.

Yes, M.Tech is available in ITNU. The course is offered in full-time mode for two-years. ITNU offers course in 10 branches. Some of the available courses are ME (Design Engineering), VLSI Designing, etc. It is further divided in four semesters. Some subjects are common in first semester for CSE (all branches). Common subjects include Data structure and Algorithm, etc. The course also includes submission of major and minor project. It is mandatory for all students to complete an internship in last year/semester.
