Honestly, when I visited the new GIBS Bangalore campus, I felt it was built with students in mind. It doesn't just look modern, it actually feels like a place where you would enjoy spending your college life.

What I liked was that the campus has a good mix of classrooms, open spaces, and places where students can sit together, discuss ideas, or just relax after classes. It gives a really positive vibe.

For me, the new campus shows that GIBS wants students to have a better overall experience, not just attend lectures and go home. It feels like they're creating a place where students can learn, grow, participate in activities, and prepare

For me, GIBS Bangalore gave us a lot of chances to learn leadership in a very natural way. It wasn't like someone was teaching us leadership from a textbook. We actually got to experience it through different activities.

Some of the things that helped were:

Group projects where everyone got a chance to take responsibility.

Student clubs and college events.

Workshops and interactive sessions.

Guest lectures from industry experts.

Presentations and team activities.

Internship opportunities.

Some of the things we got to be a part of were:

Guest lectures

Workshops

Industry visits

Group projects and presentations

Cultural events and club activities

Placement training and more

I liked that we could study and also enjoy college at the same time. We got to learn new things, meet different people, and build our confidence along the way. I feel that balance made my overall experience much more enjoyable.

GIBS Bangalore doesn't look only at your entrance exam score. The admission process is quite balanced, and they also try to understand you as a student.

A few things can make it difficult during admissions:

Going to the interview without any preparation.

Not being able to explain why you want to do BBA or PGDM.

Poor communication during the interaction.

Missing documents or not completing the admission process on time.

Showing very little interest during the interview.

Yes, students get many chances to work on real-world projects before placements. There are internships, live projects, hackathons, and team projects that help us learn practical skills. If you take part in these activities, they can make you more confident and better prepared for placements.

Core B.Tech CSE is usually the best choice for most students as it provides strong fundamentals and greater career flexibility. Specializations like AI/ML and Data Science are excellent for students with a clear interest in those fields. Universities like Galgotias University offer both options with industry-focused learning, allowing students to build core technical skills while exploring emerging technologies.
