A student withdraws their admission from Amity University Kolkata up to 15 days before the commencement of the academic session, the University will refund-
- 100% of the semester tuition fees, and
- 100% of the Security Deposit,

Candidates are free to choose whichever scholarship scheme's benefit they wish to avail. No, CLAT is not compulsory to get admission in BA LLB at Amity University Kolkata. While the university accepts CLAT and CUET scores for admission, you can alternatively get in through their standard merit-based process, which evaluates Class 12th board marks and an English language test/personal interview.
