IMI New Delhi admission to the MBA/PGDM courses is based on the CAT exam. The CAT cutoff is not released publicly and can only be accessed via students' registered login ID and password. As per the past years' cutoff trends, the overall estimated CAT cutoff percentile is 90

The mode of application at UIET CSJMU is both, online and offline. The application form for all courses can be filled through the official website of UIET or students can download the form and submit it at the University Admission Office. UIET CSJMU admissions 2026 are now open. Candidates can go to the website for more updates around admissions.

I feel the admission process at GIBS Bangalore is fairly competitive but not too tough. There isn't an official acceptance rate, but your chances mainly depend on your entrance exam score, academics, and how well you do in the group discussion and personal interview.

In simple points:

  • Admissions are based on your entrance exam score (CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, etc.), academics, and performance in GD/PI.
  • If you prepare well and perform decently, you have a fair chance of getting in.
  • It's not extremely easy, but not extremely hard either compared with top national colleges.

For B.Tech at GLA University Greater Noida, you must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Computer Science, and have secured the minimum required marks. You also need to qualify the university's entrance test (GLAET) for admission.

Yes, you can totally do B.Tech Food Tech as a PCB student! You don't necessarily need Math for all colleges

Look into NIFTEM (Kundli/Thanjavur)—those are the top government spots. Also, make sure to give the CUET (ICAR) exam, as that's the main way PCB students get into government food tech programs

You might have to take a basic 'remedial math' class in the first year, but after that, it's all about food Science and biology

 

To be honest, one of my close friends struggled a lot in the first year.

The students who are Class 12 pass with 40% aggregate in Science stream and are at least 17 years of age can apply. Eligible candidates can visit website or campus in person to apply. The applications are scanned and shortlisted. Selection is merit-based. The students have to pay admission fee amount as per college to confirm seat.

SET is a common computer-based test organised by the Symbiosis International University for all the UG courses provided by the same.
