Karnataka University course admission process vary depending upon the programme level. Admission to the PG level courses is entrance-based. Aspirants have to appear for the department entrance exam followed by counselling round for selection. While admission to the UG courses offered by KUD-affiliated colleges is merit-based. The step-wise admission criteria is explained below:

STEP 1: KUD Application Process 2024

In order to apply for the desired course, aspirant need to complete the application form and submit it before the deadline. The application form can be filled out in online mode through the university official website. It shall also be available in offline mode at the university admission office.

STEP 2: Entrance Exam

Candidates who registered successfully and applied for PG courses need to appear for the respective department entrance exam. For the UG courses, the selection is done based on the aspirants score in the last qualifying exam. 

STEP 3: Result Declaration

The results of the entrance examinations are released after the entrance exams are conducted successfully. It is declared in the form of a merit list. The list carries name/roll number of the selected candidates. Merit list candidates are further required to take part in the centralised counselling for seat allotment.

STEP 4: Counselling & Seat Allotment

After the release of merit list, selected candidates have to go through the centralised counselling process. During this procedure, seats are allotted to eligible candidates. Selected candidates are then required to pay the admission fee for the allotted seat. The fee payment (allotment letter should be carried along) can be done at the State Bank of India (SBI) and Canara Bank counter or in online mode.

Depending on your preferences and intended career path, you can decide if Heritage Institute of Technology (HIT) is "as good" as Calcutta Institute of Technology (CIT). Given that both are prestigious universities with advantages and disadvantages, a comparison is essential.

• There are fewer B.Tech and M.Tech programmes available at CIT than at HIT, which may restrict opportunities for students with specialised interests. • HIT keeps solid connections with top businesses, which makes internships and campus placements easier. Because CIT is located in Kolkata, it has access to well-known businesses in particular industries, including as manufacturing and power engineering, which may result in better placement prospects in those fields.

According to some sources, the Central University of Punjab (CUP) is less expensive than other universities in India.  The average annual fee for courses at the Central University of Karnataka (CUK) is approximately INR 59,587. General category students pay Rs. 50,000 per semester at CUK.  However, SC/ST students are exempt from tuition fees if their family's annual income is less than Rs. 6 lakhs.

Yes, you can take admission at Manipal Institute of communication with a 70 percent in Class 12. Although the minimum Class 12  percentage required to take admission is 45 percent. But you cannot take admission by only Class 12 score. An entrance exam which is MET (Manipal entrance test) is to be cleared. This entrance test is conducted by the Institute itself. The student need to have a valid score in the above mentioned entrance exam and the student must quality in the cutoff also. The cutoff will be released according to the applications and seat intake. The student have to qualify in the entrance exam as well as in the cutoff in order to get the admission. 

Both ICFAI University Jharkhand and CIT Ranchi offer B.Tech programs in Computer Science Engineering.

CIT Ranchi has a higher rating for the same course, with a rating of 3.4 out of 5 by 10 students, while ICFAI University Jharkhand has a rating of 2.8 out of 5 by 4 students.

However, ICFAI University Jharkhand is a UGC-approved private university that offers a wide range of UG, PG, Doctoral & Diploma Courses in Management, Engineering, and Law. The university has a strong placement record, with students being placed in reputed companies such as Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and others.
