Bihar Institute of Technology was the previous name of BIT Sindri. It is a well-known technical college in Jharkhand. It was started back in 1949. Engineering-related UG and PG programmes, including BTech and M.Tech, are offered by BIT. Additionally, a Ph.D. is an option.
