The selected students must submit the following documentation at the time of their admission to BA course at Krupanidhi Group of Institutions: 

• Class 12 Mark Sheet 
• Class 10 Mark Sheet
• Transfer certificate 
• One stamp size photo and three recent passport size photos.
• Aadhaar card copy.
• Migration Certificate (for students coming from other universities) 

Note: The SC/ ST/ OBC and other students who claim exemption of tuition fee on the basis of their caste, parental income, must submit the original income certificate of their parents and caste certificate along with an attested copy

For getting seats in PES University, the student must satisfy eligibility criteria, give the PESSAT entrance exam, and then provide rank. Once students qualify for the entrance exam, they are short-listed on the basis of available seats and rank for counseling. Counseling will provide them with seats. So, proper application is to be followed and documents should reach the University in the time frame.

Almost all courses in PES University can be admitted to if a student qualifies through PESSAT. It is the only entrance exam that the college looks into and includes for eligibility in their courses. However, in such exceptional cases like direct admission allowed for the high achievers, one may be exempted from the PESSAT process. Therefore, candidates have to clear the PESSAT exam with the prescribed minimum cutoff.

 If you qualify the eligibility criteria, then you can get admission to PES University after clearing class 12 and apply for the course you are interested in. Most courses would require to have passed class 12 with a good percentage and apprear in the PESSAT entrace exam. After clearing the entrace exam, you should be able to secure a seat for your preferred course.

Yes, the conducting authority, GITAM conducts a personal interview for the candidates who have qualified the GAT PGT exam. The personal interview and the exam will be conducted on the same itself. The GAT PGT exam will be held on March 29, 2025, followed by a personal interview. The results will also be announced on March 29, 2025. Candidates are advised to check the notifications frequently for the updates regarding GITAM GAT PGT 2025 admission.
