Candidates have to go through the PES Entrance Test and clear it to get selected. It is an online interview round. Moreover, before applying for admission, the aspirants must check the eligibility criteria. Aspirants who are Class 12 pass with at least 50% aggregate and 45% for BSc Nursing can apply. The application form can be filled out in online mode. After application submission, students can take the test. The result is announced after three days and the selected students can proceed with the admission formalities.

There are multiple components included in the PES University fee structure, which are either one-time chargeable or have to be paid annually/semesterly. The students can contact the admission office to understand the flexibilities provided in the fee payment. PES University BSc tuition fee range from INR 4.5 Lacs to INR 9 lakh. The estimated cutoff information for admission to the Master of Science programme at NIMHANS for the previous year (2023) is as follows: As to INI CET, the total rank for the General category ranged between 120 and 350. For specific Master of Science programs, the cutoff ranks were approximately: Biostatistics - $220-$280, Clinical Psychology - $180-$250, Epidemiology - $250-$320, Neuroimaging & Interventioral Radiology – $200-$280, Psychiatric Nursing - $280-$350.
