According to the official website of FISAT - Federal Institute of Science and Technology, the college has a class of 2023 with 2500+ students. The college was established in 2002 by the Federal Bank Officers Association Education Society (FBOAES) and is affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. The college offers UG and PG courses in engineering, computer applications and management. 

There are various cultural events that happen at FISAT - Federal Institute of Science and Technology. Some of them are:

NCC camp that includes blood donation, CPR training and cultural programs for the cadets.

The mess food is a bit hit or miss, but overall it's pretty good. However, there are some students who have complained about the mess food being too oily or too spicy. There have also been complaints about the lack of variety in the food. But overall, the mess food at FISAT is generally considered to be of good quality.

IIM Kozhikode admission criteria and selection process for the PGP batch include shortlisting of candidates on the basis of CAT cut-offs, academic record, WAT and PI. Mahatma Gandhi University accepts KMAT/CMAT/CAT/MAT for admitting students to the MBA course. The final selection is based on candidates' performance in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD & PI). Candidates with a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation are eligible for MBA admission. The total tuition fees for the MBA course at MG University range between INR 35,000 and INR 7.10 lakh.
