A typical day on GIBS' s vast 10-acre campus incorporates many facets of learning, experience and an active campus life. Morning classes take place in centrally air-conditioned digital classrooms. While the Calicut University's Common Entrance Test is not mandatory for all the courses, it is still widely accepted by the university. Students seeking admission to most of the PG and Integrated programmes have to appear for this test. Those with valid scores in other accepted exams are exempted.

  • Class 12 marksheet and Certificate
  • Graduation marksheet and Certificate - for PG courses
  • Aadhaar Card/ Identity Proof
  • Entrance Exam scorecard - if applicable
  • Allotment/ Offer Letter
  • Passport-size photograph
  • Receipt of fee payment

  • Nativity/ Community Certificate

To register for Calicut University, students have to first check the eligibility. Eligible students can apply online. The process is as below:

  • Go to the official site of the university and look for the 'Admission'/ 'Application' tab.
  • Register as a new student and fill up basic details. Login to complete the application process.

No, Calicut University generally does not accept direct admissions for any of its courses. Students have to meet the basic eligibility. The admissions are generally based on academic merit or entrance test. Seats are offered through counselling process.
