Hello Asha,
Let me first say congratulations to you for deciding to pursue graduation in engineering after your diploma. But let me caution you. Supreme court of India had cancelled all engineering degrees obtained via distance education mode. You can seek lateral admission or can think of doing AMIE which is equivalent to engineering degree.

Hello Khateeb,
Last year, Supreme Court of India cancelled all the engineering degrees given out by distance education institutes. Hence today to pursue engineering again in distance education mode is like playing with fire. My sincere advise is not to go for this and look for some other avenue of education.

Hello Javed,
As you have mentioned, it is indeed great of you to think of doing graduation in engineering at this stage in life. But, unfortunately option of distance education is ruled out for engineering. Of course, you have the option of lateral entry for engineering, but then you will have to do three year full time course. If you can spare time and money for this, then go for it. However, there is third route also. You can think of doing AMIE. This you have to do at home at your convenience. It is also equivalent to graduation in engineering.

The minimum eligibility criteria for M.Sc in forensic science course may vary across institutes. Primarily, the criteria include: Bachelor's degree in science/ engineering / pharmacy/ medicine, obtained from a recognized university. A minimum aggregate score of 60% at the level of graduation is required for the same.
