Now that you have started your BBA, you can go for LLB course after BBA. Earlier, you could have opted for BBA+LLB Integrated course which would have been beneficial.

Yes, there are a lot of engineering institutes which can provide admission to you with low fees. If you have scholarship then you will face no problems in fees.

If you get minimum CAT percentile around 75 - 80 percentile, you will get any IIMs.

Dear,
To get a seat in IIMs you have to clear CAT exam with 90 percentile above. Therefore, prepare for CAT exam, do hard work and you will get a seat. Your credentials comes secondary after getting great percentile in CAT.
