Amity is a good option for law but I would suggest you to go for Amity Law School, Noida. It has a better exposure and faculty.

You need to appear for the entrance exam first then after securing a rank you could apply for self-financed courses.

Your rank is little bit high. That's why, you can't get the Lucknow University.
