The last year opening and closing ranks at REC were 62745 and 99523 respectively in CS. Hence, you have to score a minimum 90 percentile in JEE main April-2020. While for Electrical JEE Main percentile above 76 is good enough.

Both will not be good option, you can opt NMIMS or SGVU or IGNOU.

The next entrance exam will be end-January 2020 or early February 2020. The date will be confirmed by January 19, 2020 after the January Batch joins Chimes Aviation Academy. Normally speaking, process of lateral admission begins after declaration of results of diploma in engineering in the state of MP. Also this process begins normally after completion of admission process of engineering colleges for 1st year has been completed.
