IIM Shillong offers financial assistance to meritorious students. These scholarships are offered through the provision of the need-based financial assistance scheme. In addition to this, candidates are also eligible for Government scholarships under the SC/ ST/ PwD categories. Some of the scholartships offered at IIM Shillong are as follows:

Yes, IIM Shillong offers hostel facilities to its students. The college houses 4 hostel blocks with facilities such as sports, recreation and dining. Visit the official website and check what are the charges for the hostel and decide whether to avail of this facility or not. The hostel is safe for students and proper security is maintained at the hostel for the students.

The total tuiton fee for the M.Tech programme at NIT Meghalaya is INR 1.40 lakh, The fee structure mentioned doesn't include hostel fee. Further, the fee structure is for general category. Total fee is calculated based on annual/ semester fee available for the academic year 2022-23

No, IIM Shillong course admission are strictly entrance based. Interested candidates need to appear for the relevant entrance exam accepted by IIM Shillong for admission. Some of the accepted exams are CAT, MAT, GMAT, GRE, etc.

Admission to IIM Shillong PGP is done through CAT/GMAT. Domestic candidates seeking admission to IIM Shillong must have a valid CAT score to get shortlisted for the GD-PI round. IIM Shillong PGP Admission Process starts with the CAT Registration process. The final admission offers are made after conducting multiple selection rounds. The final CAT cutoff for IIM Shillong admission ranges between 90 to 93 percentile.
The IIM Shillong qualifying CAT 2022 cut off was 90 percentile with a sectional cutoff of 75 percentile. Candidate who secure the required CAT percentile are invited for further rounds of selection, the WAT and GP-PI round. In 2023 admission process of all IIMs, WAT was not conducted.
For final admission, the college assess the performance of the candidate in CAT & GD-PI round, and the profile of the candidate.
