In B. S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology dress code is much important. If you're a Muslim girl opting a course in Crescent then you should dress properly by wearing a hijab, none of the gender is allowed to wear t-shirts, track pants and shorts, women's wearing salvar must use shawls, using leggings is not supported, sleeveless tops are not allowed. No one is allowed to wear jeans while writing examinations.

Everyone must wear shoes (casual or formal) and no one is allowed to wear chappals.

Great and congratulations on taking admission into this college. Every branch in this college is good you will get many oppurtunities in this college, especially in CSE, IT, ECE, EE. You will get both the chances to grab jobs in either IT or CORE and also you can crack the jobs in both IT and Core. So don't worry if you will be prepared, you will get more than 1 job from this college just be attentive during the placement period

The eligibility criteria for B.Tech CSE at IST Indore is that students have to qualify 10+2 with a minimum of 55% marks from the Science stream. There are scholarships for B.Tech students based upon different criteria such as 55% and above in class 12th and JEE percentile 55% and above or 50%-54.99% in class 12th and JEE percentile 1%-54.99%. .

Admissions to NITs are done on the basis of candidates performance in JEE Main entrance exam. The cutoff for B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering varies every year and depends on various factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, etc. In 2022, the cutoff for B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering at NITs was around 90 percentile. However, you can still apply to other colleges that accept JEE Main scores. There are other top colleges for 80-90 percentile in JEE Main 2023. I hope this helps. Cultural events are conducted for the 2nd and 3rd year students where the 1st years have freshers fest separately and the final year students have cultural fest separately. The cultural fest will be conducted in the evening where the students are made to enter the campus after 2PM. The boys and girls are seperate in the entrance itself and they are seperate with a barricade till the event end. Many celebrities have visited the campus for cultural event like Yuvan Shankar Raja, Siva Karthikeyan, Samantha etc.
