It is not easy to give a clear winner since one has the advantage of being in Mumbai, the other has a long-standing tradition of academics.
It depends on factors like choice of career, academic inclination, financial viability and affordability (esp. for Mumbai, if it is not hometown since the cost of living is high).

Hi, Jai Hind College is ranked as one of the top colleges in Science by India today. Though for other discipline offered by the college wasn't much available but have seen good reviews for the college overall.

Comparatively Doon Business School in Dehradun is better as it is among the Top 100 institutes of the country whereas AISMR's rank is over 150.
Fees for the 2 years is less in DBS.

You can take admission in Amity after BA for LLB only. No need to do BA + LLB as it is a 5 year integrated course that can be done after 12th.

If you have completed your 10+2 from a recognised education board, you can certainly apply for the course. You will have to appear for an aptitude test which will determine your admission status in the institute. For your information, this year's admission process is over. You may apply next year.
