After 12th you can't apply for this course. The minimum eligibility of this course is Bachelor's degree in any medical field.

The cut-off as per 2017 for CS is around 170-180. This year it is expected that there will be a slight drop in the cut-off.

But, at last you need to work hard for four years because placement is independent from CET marks.
I will suggest you to apply for some of good colleges in Mumbai/Pune.
