Choice of college totally depends on area of specialisation so if you want to opt for healthcare then Welingkar is a better option for you but if not that then IES MCRC would be the best option to explore each specialisation in 1st year and later studying in depth about you area of interest.

So all I would say that start preparing for GD and PI as in some college your score is just one among the other parameters to judge you and your GD and PI performance would be a major game changer.
