A great value for money and the best ROI college in Mumbai.

Placements: The number of companies visiting the campus is good. More than 100 companies visit the college on campus for recruitment. Companies like Citibank, Morgan Stanley, Mondelez, GEP, Godrej, ITC, etc., recruit students. The average package offered is 8 LPA. We also have some international placements in our batch.

Infrastructure: There is a good infrastructure. All classrooms have ACs and smartboards. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. At some places, the internet is an issue, or else it is fine. The canteen could be better. Students who have their own vehicles may face challenges in parking. IES also has a well-stocked library.

Faculty: Faculty members are helpful and are available to guide any one of us anytime. Faculty/ alumni mentoring is a big advantage, so students can open up and discuss any issues with the faculty. An alumni always help to guide us in thick and thin. Faculty members come from industry and share their life experiences.

Other: The study tour to Dubai was very well-organised. All company visits are done professionally without compromising on the fun element. The Bloomberg lab is a big advantage for students to learn concepts with practical knowledge.

Shaping your career with an MBA journey.

Placements: From our PGDM 2023–25 batch at IES MCRC, around 85% get placed. Companies like Capgemini, RBL Bank, and ION recruit. Most students get internships and placements in finance, marketing, and consulting roles. There are usually roles in sales, but you’ll also find core roles.

Infrastructure: The campus has well-equipped classrooms, a good library, computer labs, and Wi-Fi. There's a Bloomberg lab. Sports options are available. Medical support is minimal but accessible nearby. There is a college ground for playing sports as well as a quadrangle to host events.

Faculty: Faculty members at IES MCRC are experienced and supportive. Teaching quality is good, with a focus on practical learning. However, they should focus more on making it industry-relevant. Exams are a bit difficult, but are designed to ensure everything is covered. Some faculty members do go above and beyond to help you understand the topic. The focus should shift from an exam-based mindset to a more learning-oriented environment, such as creating projects or bringing in companies that provide projects with a chance for PPO.

Other: There are many events such as Pratyush, research conferences, and more. There are different clubs, such as finance, HR, placements, and others, that conduct activities to engage students in learning and help them stay industry-ready.

Dissatisfied with the overall experience and placements are the worst.

Placements: The roles offered are not up to MBA level, and students don't even receive value for their money. Better opt for Chetna or MET because the placement cell at IES is only concerned about their target of getting you placed at any random company, be it for summer placements or final.

Infrastructure: Not at all hygienic. Very poor infrastructure. I was very disappointed with the infrastructure of certain elements. The classrooms are cramped and not maintained well. The Wi-Fi is never working, and the washrooms are the worst to experience. No parking facility is provided by the college.

Faculty: The professors encourage active participation and collaboration in the classroom. They employ diverse teaching methods, including group presentations, projects, case studies, and multiple other activities. They support their students in academics very well.

The CMAT 2026 result has been declared for admission to the MBA/PGDM/MMS courses. Students can download their scorecards by logging into the official website.
The CAT 2026 registration is expected to start in the Aug, 2026 for admission to the MBA course.
The ATMA 2026 July session registrations have started for admission to the MBA/PGDM/MMS courses. The last date to register is Jun 30, 2026, with the exam being scheduled for Jul 12, 2026.

Review of IES's Management College and Research Centre.

Placements: The placement scenario is disappointing, and the placement cell needs improvement. The listed fees are 9.10 LPA, but the actual salary is considerably lower compared to other colleges. Keep in mind that the CTC mentioned might include a fixed component as low as 4 or 5 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is lacking compared to other colleges. They turn off Wi-Fi during exams, and there's no proper gaming room. The cafeteria only has CCD, but the ground-floor canteen is better. Overall, the atmosphere feels more like a school.

Faculty: Faculty members were supportive, and the classrooms were decent. There's a Bloomberg lab, but its relevance depends on whether you are tracking the Indian or US market. For Indian markets, the terminals might not provide much value.

I am satisfied because of its teachers, placements, infrastructure, facilities, etc.

Placements: Currently, students can observe major companies like Deloitte, KPMG, and some market research companies taking interest in the students' placements. The college has covered almost 80% of satisfied placements till now. Currently, for summers major companies have come to the campus starting with GEP and all.

Infrastructure: IES is one of few colleges that have introduced new course elements like universal human values and such. The course will help students to reach different in life with proper values. The infrastructure is average. Kindly people should look into the business analytics course offered by IES as this is the new tomorrow in the field of management.

Faculty: Faculty members here believe ineffectual thinking is needed in today's world. Faculty members always find a new way to teach the students. The current favorite for most of the marketing students is Suhas Pai sir, his teaching method is one of the most preferred teachings expected by the students.

It has dedicated staff with all passion to make a difference in the student's life.

Placements: The roles offered in our college ranged from deputy manager to account manager in the finance stream. The top recruiting company was ASUS for marketing and finance, and there were many such as SBI Purple Ventures, Jamnadas Virji etc.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are good for outstation students. There are proper rules with proper amenities provided in the hostel. The college canteen provides very hygienic food to all students. There is a computer lab with Wi-Fi where we can sit and do our projects.

Faculty: Semester exams are not so difficult as faculty members clear all our doubts before exams. They even give us the freedom to call or message them anytime. The course curriculum is very relevant to the industry, and so it develops us to be corporate-ready.
