MBA is a prestigious degree but all waste of time and money if not done from right place. So if I talk about a better curriculum, opportunities, exposure and also placements of course, LMTSM is better option. Salary package offered to the students during the campus placement by recruiters is also good enough and if you're an extraordinary student may possible you get more better opportunity and support by the management. In my opinion you should apply for LMTSM.

GNDU is better college. So, if your college is affiliated to it then no problem. Or affiliation mostly does not matter, studies matter.

There is never a problem if your interest lies in this stream, so age don't matters. But, be cautious while choosing the institute as the name of brand matters a lot. Go for the institute that along with good education also provides you exposure to improve your skills. Here are some of this colleges where you may get admission:

Garg, don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. If you want to prepare for civil service then don't get yourself into B.Tech try some course like B.A, B.Sc. Take some literature course so that you can focus on civil service.
