Hi, I am going to compare some of the important things which you look for in a college.
NITT vs BITS pilani
Academics: 8-7
Infrastructure: 10-9
Facilities such as hostels and material availability : 8:9
Fees: 10-7 (Fees for NITT is way less than BITS)
So based on the following factors you can decide what you want and what you don't. Personally, i'd recommend NITT as its a government college and it has its obvious benefits.

Usually migration is permitted on a case to case basis within the university itself in the second year. However, migration across institutes after the second year will not be permitted. However, do check with your current college on the guidelines.

There is no management quota in BITS Pilani.

yes.u can get .or everyone get admission in nit or iiit or bits.but before admission u give same exam and crack them. and important thing is that IF U WANT TO SINE LIKE SUN THEN FIRST BURN LIKE SUN.

see getting admitted in iisc is not easy, u have to qualify JEE-advance with a good rank say under 2000
and in bits the process is same they check the JEE advance marks
technically bits mesra will b easy for u go for it
