I would say that the college doesn't provide many opportunities and personality development. From my point of view, one should consider BIT-Mesra as the last option.

As ISM-Dhanbad is now IIT-Dhanbad, it is better than BIT Mesra.

The counseling of BIT-Mesra is conducted by JoSAA.

You might get into BIT Mesra. There is a friend of mine with rank 300000 studying chemical engineering.
She is from Jharkhand and is SC or ST. She got into via Special Round.

With this rank, you can't get any branch of B.Tech in BIT Mesra.

Last year, for the general category and home state, the closing rank in the 6th round was 23475.
There is a high possibility for you to get admission here in EEE branch.

BIT-Sindri comes under Jharkhand Combined Examination. BIT-Mesra takes admission only on the basis of JEE Mains Rank.
