Yes, The Scottish government gives the utmost priority to the health of those living in the country as a result, all individuals residing in Scotland can opt for the free comprehensive healthcare program.

As per an unofficial source, the acceptance rate of Oxford is 22% where the Emory University acceptance rate is 10%. This shows that Oxford is comparatively easier than Emory. The Herriot Watt University admissions are done semester-wise and it has two semesters which are September (Fall) and January (Spring) every year. Some programs also offer May intake for some programs, all of the semesters have different deadlines.
