The procedure for UG and PG admission are quite difficult and requires to fulfill the minimum eligibility and submission of required documents. According to the World University ranking of QS 2025, there is a reduction in the Newcastle University rankings. The university was ranked at #110 (2024) which has reduced to #129 in 2025. However, there is a slight variation in the QS Europe category rankings. The university went from #34 to #35.
