At Fresno State Uni, dropping a class completely disenrolls a student from the class. The student loses their spot in the course, and the same is then given to the next available student.
However, swapping a classing allows them to switch courses (if eligible), while still retaining their spot in the present course, in case they fail to switch courses.

As the name of the intake suggests, the Restrictive Early Action at Stanford restricts International not apply for any other private university's Early Action or Early Decision program, so apply only if you meet the given conditions -
- Stanford is the only choice you have
- Your academic profile (grades 9 to 11th) is already outstanding
Apply for Regular Decision if you need time to retake SAT/ACT exams, boost scores or complete extracurricular projects.

Failing or getting a low grade (like a D or F) at Fresno State directly impacts a student's GPA and can lead to loss of financial aid or academic probation. Students are allowed to retake the course and improve their grade in the same.
A GPA of 2.0 is usually considered the bare minimum that students need to study at Fresno State. Falling below this GPA can lead to an Academic Notice/Warning.
Repeatedly failing may lead to academic disqualification.
