For applying to the PhD admissions at Cornell, Indian students would be required to pay the Cornell University PhD fee. This fee is INR 19.27 L but it is generally NA for most stgudents.
For the year 2026, the PhD tuition is around USD 20.8K and Indian students need to pay the other fees which is USD 200 (INR 18.8K) per semester.

Yes, the University of North Texas can be considered a really cool option for Indian students.

Racism towards Indian students at Illinois Tech is not common. The campus is largely welcoming to students from all backgrounds, including Indians.
