Sorry, according to the earlier seat allotments, general category candidates need to score at most 300 to bag a seat in GBPUAT. However, you are requested to appear for the counselling round on the allotted date.
Thank you.

Marks can never be indicated, but a rank holder of 200 can be admitted, if you belong to a General category and bonafide resident of Pantnagar.

In terms of talent, placements, faculty- NIT Uttarakhand is not far behind. As it is a temporary college, its infrastructure lags much as compared to any other old institution.
NIT is a college of national importance, where you will find the best brains of India. Department of Computer Science and Engineering is the oldest and most well-established branch of NIT Uttarakhand. The placement for CSE at NIT Uttarakhand is highly impressive. The entire admission process is based on merit list with not prescribed cut off but as to my knowledge a general category student should score at least 450+ to bag admission into GBPUAT- B.V.Sc. & A.H.
No General Knowledge is not a part of question paper but students with better GK perform better in life ahead.
All the best.

You should choose mechanical from Northern India Engineering College because it has wider opportunities.
The college has an internal society of mechanical students, which actively participates in competitions.
The crowd is also awesome.
The labs are also well-equipped and you will access a proper space for your practical work.
Last year, mechanical branch's package went high too. You would love to be a NIECian.
