You have a fair chance of getting a call for the WAT/PI process of VGSoM on basis of the 2017-19 selection criteria. If you have some work experience, it will improve your chances further.
Final selection into the program depends on you scores in WAT/PI coupled with your Application Rating (AR) scores.
Follow the link below to the get a better idea into the selection criteria and the AR scores given to various academic and non-academic factors for 2017-19 academic year: http://www.som.iitkgp.ernet.in/home/pagesin/124

No, work experience is not mandatory to get an admission offer from IIMC, but having a work experience helps in getting admission as it has some brownie points in selection process.
But, even if you are a fresher, i.e. with zero work experience you can easily get into IIMC. Currently, 24% of the batch has zero work experience.

As per AIMK guidelines, 50 percentile is criteria for army category students and 70 percentile for general category students in CAT. But students who have scored less applies as well and in most of the cases get selected for further process, people are generally judged on the basis of GD and PI regardless of your love percentile.
Placement is usually 99% students get placed as far as current bach scenario, I won't be able to disclose the numbers as such right now but it will be available soon then you can see.

Hi Rohan,
Though your percentages are on lower side, it is certainly not impossible to get calls from ABC. But, do remember that these class 10th and 12th scores carry significant weights for calculating the composite scores. So, even after getting a call, it will be difficult to get the final admission. As you are from a non-engineering stream, you would get additional points for academic diversity which could help your case. Having said that, there are many other good MBA colleges that you can get if you score a good CAT percentile. So, my advice would be to not limit yourself to aim by aiming for a particular CAT score but rather aim
