You are interested in doing company secretaryship, then you should get yourself enrolled with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and get started.
You could have done the same after 12th itself.
But, it's never too late. You can either get yourself enrolled now, or you can get yourself enrolled after you complete your graduation. After graduation is completed, you get an exemption from the foundation programme of the institute.
So, it would be better for you to get enrolled after your completion of graduation.
Pursue your interest and all will be well.
All the best!

Courses depend on where your interests lie and what you have already done. If you have done B.Com, it is advisable to pursue LLB. If you have already done an LLB, you can pursue the various courses offered by NISM Certifications, or BSE/NSE certifications.
Alternatively, you can go on a tangent and pursue LLM/MBA with some kind of corporate/financial specialization.
You always have the option to take advantage of the MoUs of ICSI and acquire memberships in CISI as well as ICSA.

Yes, an Indian CS can get job in UK:
ICSI has entered into mou with ICSA UK which allows you to get the company secretary certificate in UK just by giving 3 papers out of the total 17. That means you are eligible for exemption of 14 papers if you are a company secretary in India.

It's always good to start both simultaneously to save time.
Moreover by the end of the duration you have two degrees at your disposal which is an advantage.
You can go for CS or any other professional course alone too. But, since those are not considered graduation degrees, going for a B.Com is essential.
Think wisely.
All the best.

I infer that you are yet to complete the CS professional programme.
However, Since you already have work experience plus you have completed your training you can easily explore various job profiles in practising CS firms and other organisations. Till you clear your exams learn more about the practical aspects of the trade and keep enhancing your skills.
However to work as a company secretary anywhere, or to practice as a company secretary on your own, you need to clear the professional exams first and take up membership.
That will not only enhance your job prospects, but the pay too.
All the best.

The same institute has several chapters(branches) all over the country wherein you can register and get on to professional path.
So, remember there is no different university or institution which helps you do cs.
However, there may be various coaching institutes which provide you coaching for the same.
Act wisely.
All the best.

If you are already working somewhere, when you have your degree completed, they might even absorb you in the organisation itself.
It does not matter in the long run, the number of attempts.
What really matters is your knowledge and skill set, your practical exposure, your understanding of various subjects and topics.
Remember, you get job only because of your degree but that's not a guaranteed one.
You survive on the job with your performance.
Go strong.
All the best!

I'm not sure how many times did you take the exam as you sound very depressed.
It's fine not to succeed, but only when you learn from it.
If it's too many attempts as per your own standard then you can think of quitting CA and pursue some other course which might help you.
The simple point is keep on doing one thing or the other. Think of any other course or anything which you love.
Life moves on and you have to move along with it.
Remember, passion is not a plan, it's a feeling and feelings change.
Stay blessed.
All the best.
