Hi Achinta, corporate law is a specialization offered in BA LLB. You can pursue 11th and 12th in any background. Irrespective of the background or subjects you must have good grades ( atleast 50%). History, Sociology, Economics and Political Science are the common topics to be taught so prior knowledge in these subjects will be beneficial. Hope this helps.

Hi, Scope for corporate law is at its best, and if you are planning to study corporate law. In this case, I will suggest you to go for pursuing CS as in the finance act 14, scope for CS has been enhanced and there are mandate provisions for companies to appoint one. So, it’s a recommendable course for someone looking for a career in corporate. If you got any more questions feel free to come up with. Good luck.
