Hi,
There are plenty of opportunities in the government service and private industry. A fresh advocate begins as a junior assistant to an advocate and does file and research work and assists his senior in the court. He also drafts plaints and after three to four years he performs individually and actively in form of the judge. Similar process is to do with an aspiring solicitor. Aspiring solicitors start working with their seniors while they are studying. Successful lawyers become district attorneys and judges.

Hi,
If you want to pursue your studies in corporate law, then go for higher studies, or else please boil down your preference to specific subject, as corporate law is very vast. These days, certain national law universities are taking out certificate courses on various corporate subjects. You can have a glance on that also.

Litigation is the practice of taking a case to court to resolve a dispute or charge someone with a crime. Litigation lawyers will work in consultation with their client and represent their case and best interests to the court, with either a judge or a jury to get their client a favorable outcome. Whereas
Corporate law deals with the formation of corporations and their dealings with each other, with other businesses, and in interactions with the various levels of government, tax organisations, and the public. So both has good career prospects but it depends on you how you would like to share your own career.
