Yes, a degree from Global nstitute is calid all over India. However, Global Institute is not a UGC approved institute. Thus, it will cost you a lot of time and efforts to get through the formalitites for studying abroad. It will also take muct time for financing as most of the banks look for UGC or AICTE for credebility.

Yes, Panjab University does offer a Masters degree in Hindi, named M.A. in Hindi. The admission to M.A. Hindi is made on the basis of their entrance exam, PU-CET, conducted by Panjab University only. Other than this, in order to be eligible for M.A. Hindi, you should have completed your Bachelors degree from a recognised board.

While there are some colleges which do not require specifically B.Des ungergraduate degree for pursuing Masters. Whereas, on the other hand, most of the colleges ask for an undergraduate degree in either Interior Design or a related field to be eligible to pursue Maters in Interior Design. Thus, it is subjective to the college you are aiming at to get admission for your masters.
