Unfortunately no it is not possible to go for an MBBS degree in India without passing NEET exam. NEET is required for admission to MBBS courses in all Indian medical institutes.

Yes, candidates from all streams-Arts, Science and Commerce can pursue Business Management degree courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Central University of Kashmir (formerly known as the Central University of Jammu and Kashmir) was established in March 2009 with the appointment and joining of Prof. Abdul Wahid Qureshi, a noted academician and the former Vice Chancellor of University of Kashmir, as the First Vice Chancellor. Yes, the degree from DYPDC school of Design, Ajeenkya DY Patil University is valid since it is UGC (University Grant Commission) approved, but maybe it would be hard to find jobs beacuse it is a private institution with a average reputation of education quality and alumni experience.
