No university in the world will allow you a Master's without a Bachelor's degree. You must have got it wrong. They may offer integrated programs which you enroll into. You should clarify with the universities. Generally, a two-year Bachelor's degree is an associate degree. After completing two-years, you can get lateral entry into a Bachelor's degree or if you don't want to study further, you may just be happy with the associate degree.

The eligibility criteria for this course in colleges like Christ University, Bangalore, St Stephen's College, New Delhi, Loyola College, Chennai, Mount Carmel College, Bangalore is graduation in any discipline with Mathematics and English as main subjects with minimum 50% aggregate, however, institutes prefer students with a B.Sc/B.E/B.Tech degree.
