First of all congratulations on securing such a good scoring. Yes you may get, I stress upon may because, it depends on the scores submitted to SPA, Delhi. If there are higher ranks submitted, it will be difficult for you to get in there, but if luck favors you and lower ranks than yours submit then surely you will get the seat in your name. As far as I have known, IHM-Pusa is better than the one in Mumbai in many aspects. I have a few friends studying in both the campuses, therefore, I have an insight of this matter.

Sorry to say, but you will not get any college on the basis of your NATA and JEE Mains paper 2 scores. The reasons are:
90+ marks are considered as NATA cutoff for various government colleges.
300+ marks are considered as JEE Mains paper 2 cutoff for NITs and government colleges.

In order to qualify AIIMS MBBS General category candidates must secure a minimum of 50%, while candidate from SC/ST category have to obtain a minimum of 40%. Further, candidates belonging to OBC category have to score at least 45% in the examination to pass it.
