Every year there has been a rank fluctuation in the counseling. An average percentile of 85-90 maybe the cut off this year around for School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi.

With 74/200 Marks in NATA 2019 exams and 83% in your class 12th, you have slightest of the chances to secure admission in Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women.

Your board score is good. But you have not appeared for JEE Mains or couldn't score well in this exam. So, I will suggest to go private colleges of Delhi like Amity University, Shardha University, and Lovely Professional University etc. You can get your favorite branch also with good board score in these colleges. Best of luck.

The interested candidates need to have 10+2 certificate of CBSE/ISCE board or an equivalent with the minimum 45% marks in aggregate. The candidates must pass in five subjects, including four elective subjects and one language. The candidates having qualified the pre-university examination, i.e. 2 years after 10 years

No, that is not possible. You need to give entrance test for any competing exam in India.
