With 74%, it is difficult to get admission in Delhi University. You can try for Amity or IP University with the above percentage.

You can get your OBC certificate only from Bihar because for getting OBC certificate, you need various other certificates. State eligibility just depends on from where you have given your class 12th.

Hi,
As your rank in JEE Mains exam is 87535, so it will be very difficult to get a seat in DTU in first, second or third round. But, you may get a seat in spot round counselling. So, participate in the counselling accordingly. Best of luck.

Maybe it depends on the cutoff of 2019 but most probably you can get admission in SRCC and if you belong to SC, ST, OBC than there is more chance to get admission under reservation.
