Admission depends on the cutoff released be the college. While calculating in percentage, the GPA generally falls down.

Fee is lower for some other categories.

Admission is based upon merit. Various colleges will release their cut off list and you will get the college based on your percentage. Admission process will begin from 1st May. University will release the forms.

Hi,
Eligibility for entrance mode admission:
Candidate must have done BA (Hons.) or BA from any recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% or must be a graduate from a recognized Indian university with a minimum aggregate of 60%. Eligibility for Merit mode admission.
Candidate must have done BA (Hons.) in Political Science from University of Delhi with a minimum aggregate of 50%. There are 2 modes of admission - Merit or Direct and Entrance exam. Applications are invited only through online mode. JNU admission form has been released from 15th March 2019. Last date to submit the application18th April 2019.

Hi, as far integrated course is concerned you need to check the placement records and infrastructure provision in that college. In case of JNU Delhi, it is the first batch of integrated course in 2018 whereas in University of hyderabad the placement record is good.

I'll prefer you to opt for the IIT, Hyderabad or DTU as these are the best college from all the colleges that you have mentioned above in terms of placements, infra and faculty. You should opt for the CSE in whichever college you are getting that.
