For that correction you have to contact to the IPU authorities only they can help you out in a better way but there will be correction window slots available for the same in that you can try.

Yes, you can easily get admission in any of the SPAs you want as your score is quite good and also, you belong to the reserved category, it will make it easy for you to get into both the campuses of SPA.
