You should get an affiliated college in the counselling, but since you are from Delhi, you also have a likely chance of getting upgraded to the university school in the spot counselling round. So you should keep on trying for upgradation on the online portfolio. But if you will lose the college you are getting by opting for upgradation then you must freeze it.

Yes, you can get a college on the basis of this rank be it Delhi or Non-Delhi but you have to wait for the 3rd cut-off round as well as spot counselling. Some of the colleges prefer management quota and direct admission, so visit colleges as earlier as you can.
Good luck.

The chances are there but we can't guarantee if it will be in the first counselling or second counselling. You will have to wait. As per last year's cut-off, are eligible. This year, it will be known only after the counselling starts and the number of candidates report.
Thanks.

In my opinion, none of these are the best. One of the best coaching centers for Bank PO is Vidya Guru. The best faculty of teaching are available here. I am the student of Vidya Guru Tilak Nagar Branch & I am very much satisfy with that. They give their own study material and test series also. The teachers are taking one to one doubt session after the class. They teach the lot of speed tips and short tricks which is very helpful in solving any question in less time. Before, joining the institute I am very weak in maths & English, but now I am improving a lot & it is possible only with the help of coaching of Vidya Guru. My cousin is al

So you must have also started exploring the world of game development. Cool, isn't it? How can game developers make these awesome things? How can they sew a whole new virtual world with the power of programming, AI, graphics and what not? But after quite searching, you must have exhausted and thought, Hi why not join a college for game programming in India? Stop right there. Keep one thing in mind, you don't need college for learning how to create games. As far as I have been into this, it involves the use of logic and a better understanding of programming language (especially C+since it is widely used in everything). Rather go for lea

The main campus USBT(University School OF Biotechnology) admission process requires a rank below 150-170 for Delhi GENERAL and 50-70 for outside DELHI GENERAL.
So, you won't. You can still try for spot round.
Good luck.
